Quick organized instructions for my service. Wiley was very nice and demonstrated great customer service. I did have to wait for the service on my car to be completed in the showroom. It took about 30 min very nice and demonstrated great customer service. I did have to wait for the service on my car to be completed in the showroom. It took about 30 minutes of me sitting down before someone asked if I needed help with anything. Thankfully I had already been assisted, had I not that could be a downfall service wise. Employees in the show room should work on making sure everyone there is in fact waiting and that they don’t need assistance. Other than that great service and communication. More

I paid to have window motor fixed and tire plugged. They didn’t fix the window and brought my car back with the same flat so I asked what they did with my car for 3 weeks because nothing was fixed and I was didn’t fix the window and brought my car back with the same flat so I asked what they did with my car for 3 weeks because nothing was fixed and I wasn’t happy they told me to take it somewhere else, I said the car has flat how am I supposed to drive they said it’s not their problem!! Worst experience ever More

I brought a used 2015 GMC Sierra on Memorial Day May 25th by June 5th the transmission went out while driving. It could’ve cause an, incident very unsafe. I feel like I’ve been scammed. For a new transmissio by June 5th the transmission went out while driving. It could’ve cause an, incident very unsafe. I feel like I’ve been scammed. For a new transmission it will cost $4500. I reached out to Wiley Bass the salesperson for Green Ford and I’m still waiting on a response. Update I finally got in touch with Wiley Bass. His response was sorry but I can’t do anything about it and your stuck with the $4500 bill. I’ll never give them my business again and I advise everyone to do the same. More
