He set up my car preferences to my liking, explained the ins and outs of the touch screen, and followed up to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I can honestly say I enjoyed my experience with Prestige VW. Although I’m a lifelong VW driver this is the first brand new Jetta I've bought and first time using this dealer.
