My first car buying experience was definitely not the best. The car has damages that were not addressed. When I was shopping, the salesman and sales manager of used cars were constantly calling my phone best. The car has damages that were not addressed. When I was shopping, the salesman and sales manager of used cars were constantly calling my phone to get the $4000 dollars that I put down, the finance company would not finance the car and pay the dealer till these issues were fixed, these managers told me to lie to the finance company and say the car was fixed so they can get paid. After that, I called a few times to get the issues they promised they would fix but to my surprise, no answer, no call back after multiple messages. I will never do business with Coral Springs auto mall again and will never refer anyone to them. The person who referred me never got their referral fee either. Bad business. Never again, I will also be sharing my experience on Facebook, twitter and instagram so everyone will know the shady business these guys at Coral Springs do. To piggy on the “repair” they did, I could have bought the same touch up paint and did that myself. It’s looks terrible, both Will & Andre are well aware. More
