He simply educated me on a few things such as the interior exterior warrenty package that I ultimately purchase but never felt pressured to do so. He left no ston unturned and even pointed out a few flaws on the vehicle that he would like to be fixed before I took it home. The vehicle also needed new tires with winter approaching and Mark and the dealership made sure that I would be safe this winter. I would recommend Mark to anyone that is looking for a vehicle! More
