The same day I was referred to Kent (I had never met the man) I called him. He returned my call within the hour. He towed my car. He met me. Processed my vehicle. Arranged and negotiated a new lease. Took care of the financing, title, registration and delivery while I had a cup of coffee. Followed up on my very important trailer hitch. He had his assistant drive my new vehicle home so my wife didn’t have to pick me up. All of this transpired in the course of six hours. Unbelievable. This is how a business should be run.
