I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Apple Ford. From the moment I was greeted by salesperson Will Malloy, I knew I was in the right hands. He was not only knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying, but he was friendly without being pushy. I felt I could be completely honest with him about my needs and he really listened to me to get me in the right automobile. Even the service department was fantasstic. I had DVD players installed in my headrests and that process was quick and easy! My experience from start to finish was fantastic! Never before had purchasing a car been so enjoyable. In fact, Will Malloy and the people at Apple Ford were so helpful that my husband went back the following week to get himself a Ford truck. Thank you Will Malloy and Apple Ford for an overall great experience I have not yet found before at any other dealership! More

I first started my search for a new vehicle back in April 2012 for a for fuel efficient car but wasn't sure what to get and thought I would consider leasing. Several dealers popped up in response to my internet search. However, it was Apple Ford that had the answers for me even before I got to the dealer. I felt like the salesman wasn't trying to sell me something more than he wanted me to be an "informed" consumer. He answered all my questions and he made it very convenient for me to come in and take a look. When I got to the dealer I looked at a few vehicles and decided to test drive the Ford Fusion Hybrid. Let me tell you, I didn't get two blocks with this car before my mind was made up. The interior, exterior and the quiet handling of the car was phenomenal!! And to get 38-43 MPG on top of all that was just incredible. When it came time to trade my 2008 Pontiac G8 in they gave me a very good trade in value, more than CARMAX by the way and crunched the numbers to make my purchase "very affordable". Everyone made me feel like they were working for me to make this possible. AND THEY DID! Finally, you need to know that they gave me Oil Changes for LIFE! And just FYI... the Ford Fusion Hybrid... Oil Change every 10,000 and they warranty the engine as long as I do the OC's at Apple Ford... uhhh no brainer!!! Compare that to $95 every 3-5,000 miles for the G8... Better MPG, save on OC's... what else could you ask for? The care and service they give their customers is impeccable. I am an Apple Ford Customer for LIFE! Gregory Glaude. FORD FUSION HYBRID. I needed a third car for my 16 year old son. He took his time, no pressure, and he helped us with our financing for a 2010 fusion. When we couldn't find the color on the lot my son "needed" he found it tha time, no pressure, and he helped us with our financing for a 2010 fusion. When we couldn't find the color on the lot my son "needed" he found it that same day! I couldn't be happier with our experience. Even down to the basketball hoop. I know I will be back in 2 years when it is my daughter's turn! More
