Not only did he find the perfect car, it was actually a bit of an upgraded version which I was given at the same price we had agreed upon earlier which really boosted my confidence in the purchase. Overall I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my purchasing experience and am now the proud owner of a 2013 mustang. I spent about a month looking for a car and a dealership I was comfortable with and I wasn't looking to settle just to close out a deal. Will was really instrumental in making me happy with the car and the place which is all I could ask for. More

Apple Ford is an hour and a half away from my house, but I went there because Will is a straight shooter who cares about his customers. I made the mistake of walking away the first time I met Will. I went and looked at several other dealers and no one else had the selection or could beat their price. Other dealers couldn't find the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay, and made every attempt to get me to change what I was looking for. I came back to Apple Ford and was lucky enough to get my Truck, don't make the same mistake and miss your opportunity. More

Visited a local Ford dealer in Glen BUrnie that was closer to my home. They did not appear as though they wanted to be bothered and the salesman and I did not hit it off. Checked Apple ford online, drove out met with a sales man who had to hand me off to Will as he was working with another customer, Will was helpful and knowledgeable they had the model f-150 I liked. We sat down and when he went to close me I had to back out and told him I would be back soon. I went back in two days later we did the deal and all was good, thought i would use my credit union but the finance guy got us a comparable rate. I had subsequent questions which he answered immediately and to my satisfaction. The closing when my truck arrived was timely and professionally done. Will gave me an initial orientation to the features of my new truck and has since generously agreed to meet with me to give additional instruction. I would definitely recommend Apple Ford and Will to any family or friends in the market for a new vehicle. More
