I felt like I was in the good hands of a family member and not the typical salesman. He took time to answer my questions, go over the features and services thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Russ was anything but the typical finance guy. After giving me a tour of the facility, he worked to get me the best deal, made sure I had the things I needed without trying to sell me things that I didn't need. Throughout the whole experience, Herbert kept me informed and made me feel like he was advocating for me. In previous experiences, purchasing a car takes forever. However, I was extremely impressed by how fast the process went; I was done in 2 hours! It took longer for me to decide on the color car I wanted than it took to complete the purchase and Herbert was patient the whole time. Thanks Herbert for such quality service! More
