He was jovial and made signing my name one hundred times a lot of fun. When I had questions, Steven was patient and walked me though the numbers until I had a clear understanding of them. Lastly, we purchased chrome running boards for our Pilot that had to be ordered. When they arrived, Preston from service helped me. I dropped my car off on a busy Sat. morning and Preston still managed to get them added to my car in 2 hours! Thank you Will and Honda Cars - you all rock! We had a wonderful experience!
