When I went to accept delivery on my vehicle, Will Ventura asked me if I wished to finance "the" extended warranty. When I said I don't buy extended warranties, he said "The deal is contingent on the Ventura asked me if I wished to finance "the" extended warranty. When I said I don't buy extended warranties, he said "The deal is contingent on the extended warranty" and "That might be a deal breaker." He left the office, spoke with someone, came back and said "Yeah, we're gonna take a pass" [on the sale]. I asked for a refund of my deposit and he said it had to "go to accounting", but to call him if I hadn't received it by the following Wednesday (in 5 calendar days). On Day 3, Rob Schlecker called and said he would "never" let his mother or sister buy a vehicle without an extended warranty (wonder why he didn't say father/brother...hmmm). He would hate to see me have a breakdown out in the "boonies." I said if you sell a quality vehicle, a warranty's not needed. He said he'd talk to Ventura. No one ever called or contacted me. I sent numerous emails (including cc'ing the owner Jonathan Vigorito) to Schlecker and Ventura requesting the refund. I left voicemails, too and never received any reply (via email or phone). I had my attorney write a letter requesting the refund. AMAZINGLY, they called me the day they received the letter and said "Come on down for your refund" (without mentioning the letter). I'd never do business with this dealer! I have bought numerous vehicles in my life (I am > 60 years old) and have never had a dealer try to twist my arm into buying an extended warranty like this, or even close to like this. Beware... Getting a new car is always a great experience normally for me the worst part is the unnecessary haggling and lies you get told at most dealerships. That was not the case for me today at Security Dodge .My sales lady was Alise and from the start everything went smooth . There was no haggling no lies everything was perfect from start to finish and I couldnt believe how quick it went, from start to finish I had walked out with a brand new truck with a price that I didn’t think was possible in 2 hours . Hands down the best dealership experience and salesperson Ive ever dealt with. The girls at the front desk were very nice and helpful , the manager behind the main desk were also great , went out of their way to check on me and make sure everything was good . Will Ventura who handled the finance aspect was very honest, explained everything in detail and assisted in making my experience perfect. A service tech then went over every feature on the truck ensuring that I knew everything about the vehicle and its functions , his name was Tyrese . I highly recommend Security and I would definitely recommend Alise . Thank you Security for everything. More

She located the vehicle that I was interested in which was a 2022 Ram 1500. Went for a test drive and the rest was history.
