Fast, comfortable and easy. My first experience, as I bought new in Dec.,Jenny at service was just wonderful and nice to see a smiling person. So helpful and pleasant too. I was surprised to see a man at a desk in service smoking a cigarette (yuk), I would think that the owner is not aware. Looks bad!! I would think that this was not allowed. Just one suggestion. As my first time there for service, I did not know that you just drive up to the garage door and it quickly opens for you, so I parked in back and had to walk in rain in to service and was told to go bring my car in!!! Maybe we should’ve known this??? Anyway it was nice to drive right in and right out once I knew... Thanks More

Bait and switched...i think I visited Atlantic Toyota recently to help my mother purchase a new vehicle. Amish Patel was the salesperson that assisted us. When we went in, our in I visited Atlantic Toyota recently to help my mother purchase a new vehicle. Amish Patel was the salesperson that assisted us. When we went in, our intentions were to purchase a corolla that we saw online, but we soon discovered that it did not meet one of our requirements. This was quite frustrating and then Amish had the nerve to bring a different corolla around for us to look at. Ive heard of bait and switches before so i was skeptical about taking a look at it. Not only was this other corolla in far better condition, Amish made sure that it met every one of our requirements, and price matched the first corolla that was in worse condition. I dont know much about bait and switches but i loved it. The sales managers and finance managers were just as great as great to work with. More

Need to wait for 15 days if you pay with personal cheque WARNING! I do not recommend Atlantic Toyota if you are purchasing the car with cash, by personal cheque. They are not ready to deliver the car even af WARNING! I do not recommend Atlantic Toyota if you are purchasing the car with cash, by personal cheque. They are not ready to deliver the car even after cheque got clear and bank confirmed that the money credited to the dealership account. They told me that I can cancel the cheque within 15 days even after cheque clearance and I need to wait for 15 days. After so much discussion with manager and general manager, I got my car on 4th day, after cheque clearance. Thanks to the genaral manager John Biggio, to look into my issue, otherwise I need to wait for 15 days to get my car. Even sales rep told me that there is 90 days warranty on the car, but the final documents provided by the finance team, it is mentioned as 60days only. More

The owner Mr. Biggio, who was a gentleman dealt patiently with my husbands many demands! lol I live 2 minutes from another toyota dealer and found the 25 minute ride for the great service was worth every minute! I would definatley recomenend this dealership to anyone in the market for a toyota, new or used! More
