Each of the 3 experiences has been a great experience beginning with the greeting entering the dealership, working with our salesman William Ballard, working with finance, delivery of our new vehicle, and the service departments from warranty repair to the oil change center. The showroom and waiting areas are comfortable, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. More

Average Experience Average experience at this location. Bought new ford escape, got the car on the promised date and time. Easy financing process. Drove the car out o Average experience at this location. Bought new ford escape, got the car on the promised date and time. Easy financing process. Drove the car out of dealership and adjusted rear view mirror and guess what mirror came out in my hand. Called up the sales person and he said that service department is closed and i should come tomorrow on Saturday by 4 PM. I reached at 4 PM and the sales person took the car for fixing the rear view mirror. He came back in a few mins and said sorry the service center closes at 4 PM on Saturdays and i will have to fix the appointment for Monday and come again. Really, it is not a service issue guys, it is an issue with your PDI process. Next week i sent a message to the same sales person about date and time for the mirror fixing but still waiting for him to reply back (5 days past already) More
