Once again, service advisor William Barbaro delivered
another 5-Star performance. On Friday, the 18th of July, I was leaving the job around 3pm and noticed my rear tire was flat. I went to the dealership
another 5-Star performance. On Friday, the 18th of July, I was leaving the job around 3pm and noticed my rear tire was flat. I went to the dealership to see if they had that tire in stock. William not only found the 1 tire, he squeezed me in SAME DAY to get the tire installed. It was past the cutoff time for same day service but he knew that the tire was an unsafe situation. I am a happy camper now and it all because of the little things that people like William Barbaro do for their customers.

I came to Riverside Porsche due to Palm Springs couldn't
get me in for 1.2 months. William B. was very helpful when delivering my Porsche for computer fix which turned out to be a recall issue. The car they

The car they lent me was a Macan and I could have used a small tutorial since they are different than what I am used to. Not a button start so I had to relearn another auto. Never got a call or text on the timeline of my car, so I had to call them. Also, when I returned to collect my own vehicle which was on a Sat they just handed me my keys and I was supposed to reprogram and figure out all the corrected computer functions on my own. That in itself was not helpful. The fact that they could get me in quickly was a plus.
