The new car I ordered was delayed at the factory. Billy-Ra' and Darius promised me a rental car to use in the meantime, but then went back on their word, which made things very difficult for me. It is never actually about the vehicle one purchases but the confidence and trust developed in the process that decides the purchase. Some dealers have simply set the bar so low that a customer relationship is not the focus but rather the number of closed sales out the door is. With today’s social distancing and plastic barriers any relationship possible is further challenged with contactless buying and human interaction eliminated to the point that an erosion of confidence in the purchase can occur. I had been through a dozen test drives in various dealerships around Columbus in the last month , of course looking for the right car and deal, but more importantly looking for the right individual to provide a genuine level of confidence in both the vehicle and the dealers integrity.!n Billy Pruitt I found both, not just another dreadful used car sales hustle eager to say anything to close the deal. He didn’t pressure the sale whatsoever, He listened, and answered truthfully even when the answer might discourage the sale. I’ve purchased many cars in my 60 years and have experienced almost every variant of sales tactic and can assure from experience Billy is a rare find indeed. He not only represents the Crown brand exceptionally well but more importantly has guaranteed a repeat customer when I tire of this latest toy. Bravo Billy, and well done Crown family! More
