Bill was extremely professional and very patient. We test drove 4 different vehicles on a busy Saturday. Unfortunately the vehicles I looked at were a bit out of my target budget. We arranged for me to return to the dealership on Wednesday evening, drove the vehicle I was interested in, and before the end of the night, we were on our way to signing. I took delivery of said vehicle the following Saturday, and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Bill was attentive, patient, professional, and accommodating.
