My family has bought several vehicles from them and finally Came in to Jim Coleman Toyota to see what they had to offer as I was looking to get a car. My family has bought several vehicles from them and finally I gave in to the pressure. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and my mother spoke with William whom she’s known at the dealership for a while. He was super attentive and courteous. He introduced us to one of his salesmen, Luis Romero who was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the models. We went for a test drive, started the paperwork (Luis even helped me shop auto insurance quotes!), and then met Troya from their finance dept. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about all the numbers/warranties etc. Overall these folks made the process hassle free and gave me a pleasant experience! Thank you all! More

There was no pressure and Arvin went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with each step of the process. When discussing pricing, I really appreciated the willingness of the Sales Manager, WIlliam Hoyos, to meet us at our expected price.
