Got me a terrific deal on a new car. I needed a new car. My lease was just about up. I had over 2K in negative equity in my trade and thought I would have to go with a pre-owned car. When I called them, they encouraged me to come n and get my trade appraised and just to take a look around. When I arrived they insisted that I test drove a NEW vehicle before I even looked at there USED inventory. I told them that I couldn't afford a new vehicle but they insisted. I got back with the new car and they gave me an unbelievable number. They must have worked very hard but somehow they got my a brand new car for LESS than the price on the used car i had come in to see. I have lived all over the country and this is far and away the BEST Toyota dealership I have ever worked with. More

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and my mother spoke with William whom she’s known at the dealership for a while. He was super attentive and courteous. He introduced us to one of his salesmen, Luis Romero who was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable about the models. We went for a test drive, started the paperwork (Luis even helped me shop auto insurance quotes!), and then met Troya from their finance dept. She was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed about all the numbers/warranties etc. Overall these folks made the process hassle free and gave me a pleasant experience! There was no pressure and Arvin went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with each step of the process.
