If you need a car, Bill is your man! He isn’t pushy like most car salesman and I felt so comfortable with him throughout the entire process. He even was great and patient with my 3 kid He isn’t pushy like most car salesman and I felt so comfortable with him throughout the entire process. He even was great and patient with my 3 kids too! He gave my kids Money to use the vending machines. He fed them his chocolates and beef jerky and he even let them spin around in his chair. Buying a car is so time consuming and a dreaded process especially with three kids along but Bill made the process so incredibly seamless. I appreciate you, Bill! :) Thank you!!! We love our new car!!! More

Working with Bill was awesome. Super straight forward, low pressure & treated my girlfriend and I like old friends too. I knew what vehicles I wanted to see before we drove up from Chicago, he set me up with test drives and let me know about similar options and made the process as easy as possible for us with trade in & purchase. We got to swap some stories and recipes while waiting for parts of the process and he even texted me with a progress update on his brisket the next day. Will come back to work with Bill again. More

Contacted Bill a few days before we drove up from Illinois. He was well prepared with information on the vehicles we were interested in. Spent as much time with us as we needed for my wife to decide on which vehicle she wanted. He made our day there enjoyable and carefree. Got us back on the road in a timely manner. Despite a hectic back and forth to get my used Veracruz bill had to be the shining light of the whole experience. Had back and forth issues with financing and even though my co-signer had over a 800 credit bill had to be the shining light of the whole experience. Had back and forth issues with financing and even though my co-signer had over a 800 credit score we were denied financing. Bill was sincere and apologetic and worked with us to still make it possible for me to get this vehicle. I would refer anyone I know looking for a vehicle to him ! He is a shining example of how a salesman should be, considerate, compassionate, and works with you to find the right vehicle. Unlike a lot of salesman he isn’t just trying to sell you a vehicle to get a commission, he is making sure it’s the right one for you and is by far the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! More

Bill is extremely nice, energetic, very straight forward and to the point with car dealing. He doesn’t push you and allows you to make your own decisions without any pressure. We came in about a half hour early to look at a few Tacomas, Bill Jopek just happened to be coming in for the day. "So what are driving today?" was the first thing out of his mouth, he sat and talked Tacomas, Bill Jopek just happened to be coming in for the day. "So what are driving today?" was the first thing out of his mouth, he sat and talked to me for a few minutes about what I was interested and and told me to give him a few minutes so he could punch in and grab the keys to the ones I wanted to drive. He was very personable, made sure I got floor mats and a few other random odds and ends I wanted in the truck and never made me feel like he was trying to get one over on me. Straight shooter and a good guy to shoot the breeze with. The only complaint is about the dealers detail department, the truck wasn't vacuumed out the best and the seats had some random dirt and debris on them. I had to go over it pretty good when I got home, otherwise a solid truck and I'd absolutely buy with Wilde and Bill again. More

Let's tell a story about William Jopek III. ... Bill. I was referred to him from a close friend who has purchased several vehicles from him at Wilde Toyota. Knowing that Wilde is "volume s ... Bill. I was referred to him from a close friend who has purchased several vehicles from him at Wilde Toyota. Knowing that Wilde is "volume store", I stopped in one day but dint have great hopes. I was expecting to be shuffled around pretty much ignored until i agreed to a purchase. THAT WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE! I came in, unannounced, and asked for Bill. He was paged and showed up a short time later. I introduced myself and referenced the referral. He was genuine and stated something to the effect of: "I have a couple on a test drive, let me help you as much as I can, but I will have to step away when they return." I truly appreciated his honesty and his ability to set expectations right off the bat. He helped me look at a few things and set me up to drive some of the cars I was looking at. All the time, he was giving me great service, despite his limitations with dealing with multiple customers. He managed it well. I was pressed for time and had to depart. He made sure I had his contact info and bid me farewell. he was responsive, but not at all pushy. A week later, I messaged him and set a time I would be there. When I arrived, he met me and we strolled the lot in search of exactly what would suit my needs. I am fairly certain that we did several thousand steps that afternoon. The entire time, he was helpful with questions. Even more important that than, was his ability to say "I'm not sure, let me find out". In the days of so many sales "professionals" just giving any answer to get a sale, this was a breath of fresh air! As i narrowed down my choice, he was helpful in getting me a fair price I was comfortable with. After a deal was reached, he stayed with me and answered questions that came up and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. As we parted for the day, me in my new vehicle, i couldn't help but reflect on how my perception had changed from the first time walking in the door. I expected to be just a number. I left feeling as I was truly a valued customer that will be back again and will certainly have people come see Bill. Well done Bill!!!! ( oops.... I mean, William Jopek III... ) More
