I originally bought a 2016 Chevy Silverado from the dealership in mid October, not even a month after having the vehicle the motor lost compression on 2 different cylinders, the dealership gave me an $ dealership in mid October, not even a month after having the vehicle the motor lost compression on 2 different cylinders, the dealership gave me an $18,000 credit for the vehicle which was appreciated. I traded in the Silverado for a Hyundai Elantra. The issue I've had though is in finance I decided to get a warranty for the suspension and motor however I was not informed that I was also signing for 3 additional charges for other warranty's that I did not want. I also was charged twice for registration which is frustrating because I transferred the plate from my Silverado. Overall the dealership was a bit pushy and while yes I take responsibility for the fact I should have paid more attention I still don't appreciate not being informed what I was signing as well as how pushy the sales team was as a whole. I do none the less appreciate them trying to work with me on the Silverado More

Customer service is less than optimal. I had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and when I arrived, I was told they would not be looking at it on the day of the appointment. They I had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and when I arrived, I was told they would not be looking at it on the day of the appointment. They sent me home in an Uber. I don't understand why I needed an appointment if they weren't going to look at and fix the issue, which was an easy thing to fix, while I was there. It makes no sense and is poor service. More
