Customer service is less than optimal. I had an appointment to have my vehicle looked at and when I arrived, I was told they would not be looking at it on the day of the appointment. I don't understand why I needed an appointment if they weren't going to look at and fix the issue, which was an easy thing to fix, while I was there. It makes no sense and is poor service. More
