Thank you William, Chad and Wally I had never bought a car from out of state, much less without seeing or driving it. Buying a used car already comes with its fair share of concerns an I had never bought a car from out of state, much less without seeing or driving it. Buying a used car already comes with its fair share of concerns and potential frustrations, so this was not something I took lightly. Long story short, the guys at Greater Chicago Motors were fantastic and made this a smooth process. The car is with me now and I'm very pleased with my decision to make the purchase. When I first called, William Natal answered the call. We began speaking about the car and the process. He was very helpful and informative. After a few days of conversation and William taking care of all of my requests (dozens of photos and videos and questions), we settled on a price and it was time for me to understand and become comfortable with the payment and delivery process. That's when Chad the finance manager gave me a ring. I had loads of questions for Chad and called him repeatedly to make sure I understood everything. He was always available to take the call. That was very encouraging. He's a good guy and was also very patient and helpful. Once payment was complete, it was time to ship the car. We hit a bit of hurdle with shipment, because this was late December and it's hard to find drivers during the holidays. I was informed ahead of time about the potential of this but was still getting a bit concerned so I called to find out what can be done. I was put in touch with Wally the general manager. Wally was also great. He took the time to hear me out and he made it happen. Got my car picked up on Christmas Eve and it arrived to me a week later as promised. Wally was great to talk to and was also unbothered by all of my questions. It's important for me to understand everything fully to feel completely comfortable doing business like this. William, Wally, and Chad all played a role in making this happen and making it happen right. I would definitely do business with them again. I am now much more knowledgable about he process and that is thanks to them. The next time will be that much smoother. More

AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Unlike other dealers, the employees at this dealership are honest and honestly plays a HUGE role in my decision making. I purchased a car from William, he was very attentive, knowledgeable and went out of his way to accommodate me. He was very professional and made this process a breeze. I actually left smiling from ear to ear instead of a huge headache (which I thought that this process would entail)! I am a very pleased with my purchase and I am thankful that I met William to help me through it. I will recommend this car dealership to fellow peers and family! More

My purchase of a Jeep Liberty 2010. I was shopping online before I went into "Greater Chicago" and so glad I did. I was met by one salesman by the name of William Natal. I asked if I could test drive the vehicle I came in to check out. He had it cleaned and looking sharp even before I could look at it. When they brought the vehicle around I was impressed. I drove the it and I loved it !! I ended up purchasing this Jeep and unlike other dealers William was NOT pushy. After I had to go to see Chad in fiance department. Another great guy. These two guys William and Chad are two class act guys. Now I had to see the parts dept on about three occasions. I first called in. Guy who picked up Bruce was NOT friendly at all. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. NOPE this is how he was each and every time. I came in second time with donuts and not a thank you, still big attitude as if it was such a bother to have them look at my car after I just purchased it two days ago. I asked for one mechanic to put on lug nuts my dad had purchased for me and guy said oh I'll put them on. Never did. So this dealer should really have a talk with this guy who sits at the front desk because his attitude makes the whole dealership look bad after people purchase cars and spend thousands in there. As I waited I even asked a other customer if he got an attitude from this guy Bruce and he said he's got it from another guy in service. Over all I love my Jeep and I would definitely recommend this place ONLY because William and Chad were so professional. Service dept. needs to be more professional and polite !! More

VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! NOT TRUTHFUL AT ALL!! I had been working a deal on a S63, William Nate was the sales rep. After nearly 2 months we finally made a deal. I agree to drive from MN to Chicago I had been working a deal on a S63, William Nate was the sales rep. After nearly 2 months we finally made a deal. I agree to drive from MN to Chicago with my trade in. Because it was over 450 miles, I asked several detailed questions about the cars condition. Every time I ask specifically if this car had and paint work, his reply was "its mint with zero paint work!" So I decide to make the trip. 7 1/2 hours later I arrive there with my wife and my 2 year old daughter. Upon arrival we take a look at the car, and in less then 2 min of being there my wife of all people find that the car has had the front bumper painted! After further inspection it was very clear it had been, not to mention the car was no where near "mint" in fact it was in very rough shape! I immediately load my family up in the car and head home, due to a winter storm warning they were having. I get about 20 min away and call to speak with the manager Casey Dobczyk. Explain the entire situation to him and his response was "it is a used car and 9 out of 10 used cars have had some paint work". I found that very interesting due to the fact that I asked so many times if the car had any paint work! Casey also says he is no expert when it comes to looking for paint work. I found the rather interesting because the dealership also owns a body shop which is next door. Needless to say, these guys were both far less then honest!! I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing a car from this dealership. These guys have a very difficult time telling the truth! Every when they as asked the exact same question several times. More

On Tuesday, 9/1/15, I was put in touch with one of their salespeople, Mr. William Natel, (that's how he sp Surprised how easily they dropped the ball! On Tuesday, 9/1/15, I was put in touch with one of their salespeople, Mr. William Natel, (that's how he spells it, not NATE as is shown on this Yelp site) as I inquired about a Range Rover that Greater Chicago Motors advertised online. William answered my initial questions about the vehicle and we exchanged emails and phone #s. We made arrangements to meet Friday so I could look at it. I was eager to purchase this RR and Friday morning, before driving to GCM, I called William's cell to let him know I was on my way. He didn't answer. I left him a voice message. No response. Then I called the dealership, asked for William, (I believe I spoke with Anthony) and left a message for William to call me back. Still, no response what-so-ever. So I went to another dealer and gave them the opportunity. Today, Monday I was so dumfounded that I still didn't get a call back or an email from William so I called GCM, got William on the phone, and asked why he never got back with me. He response was that his girlfriend made an unexpected birthday celebration for him on Friday; that he went somewhere in the woods and couldn't reach anyone; that he had a lot of things going on, etc., etc, etc. One of the lamest excuses I've ever heard. (Being 60 years old, I've heard many) If William would have given me any kind of communication on Friday before he left for his destination I would have understood. If he would have contacted me on Saturday or even on Monday, I might have understood. But I got nothing, zippo, nada!!! It is rare to have someone who is suppose to be a professional have such a disregard for customer service; especially from a customer who is ready to buy. Fortunately for me I found the same vehicle from another dealer who, although further away, was very accommodating and had the same vehicle which I purchased. So with no help from CCM, it wound up a happy ending for me. I'm so glad I did't get too involved with Greater Chicago Motors. More

Rich Abbas was extremely helpful in getting all the paperwork to and from dealer to purchaser and making the transaction as seamless as possible...delivery to our front door was smooth as glass and we were very pleased with the end results. Excellent Customer Service I was very impressed with William and the dealership especially since I was flying from Dallas, Texas to Chicago and trusted their salesmanship and my I was very impressed with William and the dealership especially since I was flying from Dallas, Texas to Chicago and trusted their salesmanship and my own intuition. I have been very pleased and so have others with the choice I made (everyone is jealous of my newest whip). I drove my vehicle back 14 hours running perfectly.
