They were friendly, available to chat at my convenience and worked to find the write vehicle/price for my wife and I. They were more than happy to pick me up from the airport and let me test drive before i made my final purchase. You can tell they have a passion for the vehicles they sell and want to make sure their customers walk away happy. Best deal I worked with William for a couple of weeks, looking at a few cars. He was patient, never pushy, very knowledgable about his vehicles. He stayed in touch with me even when I did not get back to him immediately. Waited until I was satisfied, and was willing to throw in a few extras to seal the deal. William was great! Very happy with my experience there, and appreciate them going "above and beyond". They have many more expensive cars than the one I bought, but never made me feel second rate. I highly recommend this dealership, and I'm sure I will be a repeat customer. The manager and finance advisor were also friendly and informative, and made my interactions there a pleasure. More

Horrible dealership including sales and management Purchased a BMW from them and had numerous issues with the car. I live out of town and was not able to get a mechanic to inspect prior to purchase. Af Purchased a BMW from them and had numerous issues with the car. I live out of town and was not able to get a mechanic to inspect prior to purchase. After numerous emails Wally said he would ship parts to me and I had to go get estimates for labor and they would pay for that. Brakes, rotors, light issues and engine issues including a/c blower broke, window washer fluid sensor broke, engine started whistling a week after I had the vehicle. BMW dealership I took it to and had diagnostics done told me to return the vehicle if possible since it had so many issues. Greater Chicago was not willing to fix all the issues but only what they wanted to fix. Will has no clue about cars and is a tylical young sales guy full of lies. The only thing about good about Greater Chicago is I was able to retuen the car after numerous emails, phone calls etc and the safety issues. I was told several lies when I bought the vehicle and would hate to see anybody have the issues I had from Greater Chicago. I purchased a car from another dealership after I returned the vehicle to Greater Chicago and Wally made a rude comment on that dealerships website by mentioning my name wich I asked the dealership not to do so. Such as class act from a horrible dealership and horrible GM Wally. This place was and is a joke. Dont waste your time. More

He is very car-smart and left no questions unanswered. He was also easy to reach which is a plus. He would pick up outside of work when I had questions about pricing & car details. Great out-of-state purchasing experience William was great to work with. I was purchasing from out of state, and William worked with me over the phone with detailed information about the car William was great to work with. I was purchasing from out of state, and William worked with me over the phone with detailed information about the car so when I flew in on Saturday morning the car was just as described. When we discovered a minor electronic issue after the test drive, Greater Chicago Motors agreed to pay to have my local Saab shop fix the problem so I could get on my way that morning. Two weeks with the car and I couldn't be happier with it! More
