He didn’t push us to buy the highest possible trim package of the vehicle we were looking at, and he in fact actually agreed that the lower cost of the two we were looking at would probably meet our needs the best. William was also spot on with his estimate of when the paperwork would be completed and the vehicle would be ready. He was flexible and collaborative throughout the entire day, and he even went out of his way to find a way to make the insurance verification process work WITHOUT us having to bother our insurance broker, who is a family friend, on the weekend. All in all, I’d highly recommend William for your vehicle buying needs! More
