My original review reflected how I genuinely felt at that point. I was frustrated with what had happened and with how things were being handled. But I also believe that when a business steps up, fixes a problem, and turns an experience around, that deserves to be recognized too. A HUGE thank you to Garrett. After Garrett personally called me and became involved, everything changed. Things that had been frustrating and taking too long were suddenly addressed and expedited. He listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and made sure things actually moved forward. His involvement made a very big difference in my overall experience with Royal Kia, and I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation. I also want to recognize Mychal, who worked hard to earn my business. I had done my research, had competing offers, and knew exactly what I was willing to pay. We went back and forth on the numbers, but Mychal kept working with me until we reached a deal I was comfortable with. In the end, Royal accepted my offer, and I purchased my 2027 Kia Sportage Hybrid X-Line in Wolf Gray with the Terracotta interior — exactly the car I wanted! There was also an issue with the paint during the delivery/detailing process. I noticed it before leaving and brought it to their attention, and they worked to correct it before I left. I appreciated that the issue was addressed rather than dismissed. This experience definitely had some bumps along the way, and my original review reflected that. But Garrett's involvement changed the direction of the experience, and Mychal worked hard to get the purchase across the finish line. I think it's only fair that my review reflects that part of the story too. So after ALL that... yes, I actually bought my Wolf Gray/Terracotta Sportage from Royal Kia. 😂🩶🤎 And I absolutely love my new car! He also made the entire car-buying process easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful he was with my family. My son had fallen asleep in his car seat, and I already had my hands full, so Jesus carried him in his car seat all the way to his desk for me without waking him up. I thought that was so kind and genuinely appreciated it so much. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me and really showed the kind of person he is. I also really appreciated Garett, the manager, throughout the financing process. He was very proactive, helpful, and communicative, and made sure everything was moving along smoothly. He took the time to help with the financing details and made the process feel much less stressful, which I really appreciated. What also impressed me was the service even after I purchased the car. Jesus went through EVERY feature with me and made sure I knew how everything worked before I left. He has also continued to follow up with me every day throughout the rest of the process, helping me get all of my features set up and making sure everything with the bank was taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made what can normally be a stressful process feel easy and exciting. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how attentive, helpful, and caring everyone was throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend Jesus, Garett, and the team to anyone looking to purchase a car. 10/10 experience! More

He didn’t push us to buy the highest possible trim package of the vehicle we were looking at, and he in fact actually agreed that the lower cost of the two we were looking at would probably meet our needs the best. William was also spot on with his estimate of when the paperwork would be completed and the vehicle would be ready. He was flexible and collaborative throughout the entire day, and he even went out of his way to find a way to make the insurance verification process work WITHOUT us having to bother our insurance broker, who is a family friend, on the weekend. All in all, I’d highly recommend William for your vehicle buying needs! More
