Didn’t get car I originally wanted my salesman did I worked with a. Purple people on trying to find the right price for the car I really really wanted. We were about $500 off of finalizing the deal. This car had a few extra features that I really really wanted and meant a lot to me. This was the first brand new car I ever bought which is why it makes me so upset. I needed a few more days (payday) to get the rest. When I got it and reached back out to one of them and he told my the original salesman helping me bought it. I was told they were getting another in and when I got to looking at it the features I really wanted were not there. So I figured the price would be less because it about $1,000 less in upgrades. That wasn’t the case. They didn’t budge on the price or offer to help me get these options at maybe a discounted price. While I was the main salesman about all this he turned and looked at me and said, “All that stuff you like means nothing to me and I turned it all off”. I felt there could have been better customer service in trying to at least empathize with me. But he says I don’t use all that stuff. Hahaha. Maybe help me find another one like it for the same price. The overall experience left a bad taste for my views on them in the future. More
