I love my new Titan and really appreciate the personal service I received during the buying process. I had done my research on the Titan online. Jeff Jackson from BR Nissan got in touch with me to make sure Ihad all my questions answered. He was very polite and never pushy. When I arrived at the dealership Jeff was there to greet me. I was also very pleased to get some personal shopping help from Debbie Robertson. I love her commercials. So fun! I also received some nice personal attention from Craig, the General Manager, I was pretty impressed with the transparent way they all do business. He didn’t feel the need to feed us a line, if he didn’t know the answer, he went and found the answer. I was completely satisfied with what I got for my trade in, and what I paid for my ‘new to me’ car.
