We had a few in mind at a certain dealership because of the lower price, then I looked at reviews for this certain dealership on Yelp and on Facebook. Let me tell you, they made me sick to my stomach!! Review after review of horrible customer service, lies after lies, cars falling apart and breaking down soon after purchase, smelly creepy salesmen. It was not pretty. We really didn't even want to go there to test drive. I'm so glad we didn't end up going there! After a recommendation from a good friend of ours and checking reviews, we decided to go to Bill Robertson Nissan instead. We are so glad we did!! Excellent service!! We never felt pressured at all from the first minute we were there. We were able to test drive lots of cars before we chose one. Joseph worked really hard with us to come up with a deal that worked for us. He was awesome and very understanding. Bill Robertson Nissan had Beautiful, well quality cars. All of the employees were friendly, polite, patient and very well dressed. Very professional!! We signed our final paperwork with William Robertson. He did an excellent job at explaining everything and was very nice!! They even provided us with a delicious pizza dinner. Highly recommend Bill Robertson Nissan!! More
