Hello! The name's William, and I bring over ten years of automotive experience into each servicing session. I began as a technician before stepping into service advising. My motto is to remain direct and always put customer's needs first! Helping others is what I love most about my role. There is no better feeling than watching customers walk out of the dealership with smiles, knowing I went above and beyond to get the job done right! I grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and graduated from Oak Park High School. When I have the opportunity, softball and working on vehicles are activities I enjoy, as well as traveling or watching Kansas City Chiefs games. Guests can always rely on me for honesty and an upfront approach. I take the time to explain service options, doing all I can to ensure they are well-informed, especially when it comes to situations they don't know or need help understanding.
