Great Experience Our latest visit to Southtown was great. We had problem with our 2017 Acadia having a slight hesitation when in a slow pull up a medium hill. Willia Our latest visit to Southtown was great. We had problem with our 2017 Acadia having a slight hesitation when in a slow pull up a medium hill. William Warren called one of the Shop Foreman to hear our problem. Once we described the problem, the Shop Foreman understood the problem. Since my wife experienced the problem more often he took her on a test ride. He explained, in terms she could understand, the problem and demonstrated the cause of the problem. Primarily, the problem was driver issue. The Foreman answered her questions and then she was able to demonstrate to me how to avoid the condition in the future. She was happy and I satisfied she understood it was a driver condition. We have a history of dealing with William Warren and he always helps use find a solution. While our car was at the dealership we also had a 30,000 mile service performed. More
