All of my questions were answered, I thoroughly reviewed several vehicles without being pushed into any decisions. We negotiated and ran numbers more than once as I'm a stickler on my money. Business is handled fairly here. I'm a single mother and reliability is of the utmost importance to me. Any time my vehicle needs servicing I'm provided a loaner vehicle. Finding a rare one. I saw a car listed and called with a couple questions. Later in the week went to test drive , however, we weren't sure of the color. Tim said he would I saw a car listed and called with a couple questions. Later in the week went to test drive , however, we weren't sure of the color. Tim said he would check and see what he could find. A week later he called with a possible coming in. We went to see the car and Tim did a fine job! We were able to get together ,with no problem and bought a nice car. Tim did a fine job showing us how to operate all the electronics and went the extra mile to help get a stuborne Bluetooth to work. Not the experience I had with Tim Border as my salesman! He took the time to help me figure out what car would suit me best, was personable, straightforward listened to my concerns. I did a lot of research before choosing a car, so I asked lots of questions and he happily answered my questions thoroughly, factually, and honestly. Willie helped me with a trade-in and financing, and got me a rate much lower than I thought I could even qualify for. They prepared the cumbersome tax paperwork for me (I am an out-of-state resident) and, when it was time to drive off with my new vehicle, I had everything I needed and then some! Highly recommend! More
