Perfecting Customer Service! We brought our new Equinox back to Lake Chevrolet after it was wrecked. They restored it to it's origional condition. No B.S. I had Willie contact me about a vehicle I was interested in.I arrived 3 days earlier than I told him and even though he was busy ,he dedicated a few m I had Willie contact me about a vehicle I was interested in.I arrived 3 days earlier than I told him and even though he was busy ,he dedicated a few minutes to me and showed the truck. Basically what you see is what you get and they dont hide anything from you.The truck was still a little dirty and he even pointed that out .Honesty goes a long way. Mike was also involved and is working on a few accessories yet.I took delivery on 9/16 and love the truck.Lake Chevrolet is the way car buying should be. More
