I absolutely LOVE IT!! Then 8 days later, I bought a preowned X5 for my wife. She loves it too!! I texted Willie what I was looking for and he sent me a couple of options. We picked from there and then drove 2 hours in pouring rain to pick it up. Willie had sent me a video of the X5 for my wife. A quick test drive and Ramon had us already financed and out the door quick. I wished I had invested in a BMW sooner. The comfort, features and driving experience is priceless!! More

He does not pressure you but honestly shares the pros and cons of the various options offered in the vehicle. We were able to test drive both the 740 and 750 which helped us make the final decision. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Purchasing the 2019 BMW was much more pleasurable than when I purchased the 2011. I am looking for a continual exemplary service with Braman and hope that the service department standard and quality control is as high as the Sales department. More

OUSTANDING Treatment!! A++++ Customer Service!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Braman BMW for a used car purchase. I specifically dealt the Willie Orth for my transaction. I purchased a ligh I had the pleasure of dealing with Braman BMW for a used car purchase. I specifically dealt the Willie Orth for my transaction. I purchased a lightly used 2007 BMW X5 and was VERY surprised as they treated me as if I purchased a new Bentley! My purchase was probably one of the cheaper, more used vehicles on the lot and yet they delivered a spotless car meeting every promise made. While waiting for the minor "reconditioning" it needed (took a couple of days for the new tires, trailer hitch, etc.) they even loaned me a BMW for my use!! After returning to pick up my X5, I was greeted by Willie and his team to deal with the delivery, financing aspect and the quick overview of how the car "works". The car was in perfect condition (as promised), the other personnel I dealt with were wonderful and the "Genius" (Robert) took care of my quick lesson even throwing in an iPhone specific cable for my audio listening pleasure! Another nice "touch"! My only wish was that they were located close OR even in Orlando where I live as I would be taking it to them for any service needed!! Anyway, while I look forward to enjoying my "new" car...I will for sure be looking to them for my next car purchase new or used!! HIGHLY RECOMMMENT this dealer and Willie!!!! More

This is the second BWM dealership i've tried to work with and it's been a complete waste of time. I should just stick to Ford and Mercedes Dealers as they always welcome my money! Sent in an inquiry about a used car i found on their site. I received the generic response which i responded to asking for additional info. I submitted my request for a trade in value which i was ok with, but this was automatically generated. I have yet to receive a call, or a response to my emails. Moving on!!! More
