Wille and Mario were extremely helpful during my experience to purchase a new vehicle. I went in on a Saturday and by Monday morning I was driving off with a new 335i. I went to other dealerships and the price was unbelievable high. When I offered a price I was staying at, Wille and Mario tried their very best to reach a deal with me. We visited the dealer to "just look at the cars" on our way to picking up my car from another local dealer. We looked over the inventory in the showroom and were soon approached by Willie Ort cars" on our way to picking up my car from another local dealer. We looked over the inventory in the showroom and were soon approached by Willie Orth. He makes strong eye contact and has a firm handshake upon introducing himself. We explained why were in the dealership and Willie did an excellent job of explaining the differences and pricing between the various choices BMW offers as compared to my automobile at that time. With a very outgoing personality and easy style Willie helped us look closer at two very good alternatives. After spending time with him we left to pick up my car at the other dealer and said we would return to continue the conversation---which we did. Later that afternoon we returned and concluded the "deal" on a new BMW. I couldn't be more pleased. If anyone wants a GREAT car buying experience you need to spend only a short time with Willie. I think I bought into him first, his knowledge and effusing personality, and then into BMW. If you want a great car, the choice is simple, just talk with Willie. More

I felt like I knew every design feature of the car I was interested in by the time we had finished the test drive. I have had 3 prior BMW's personally and never have I been treated with such respect and courteousness from a dealership. Willie told me to make certain that I had plenty of time to go over the car and nothing was rushed or hurried. After my deal was all signed and sealed with a great price and the car was detailed and ready to go Willie sensed that I was not thrilled with the interior color of my brand new BMW. I had told him the color didn’t matter, but he decided to listen to more than what I was saying. He observed my demeanor and just knew that although I loved my new BMW, I didn’t L-O-V-E it. Willie spoke with me and wouldn’t except anything but me being 100% satisfied and happy. Willie was great and I ended up picking out a new color, which meant….yes the paperwork had to be re-written and the car detailed but I left 110% satisfied and I L-O-V-E my car!!! More
