Horrible experience. I bought a truck with only 70,000 Horrible experience. I bought a truck with only 70,000 miles which from the first day came with the windshield broken and the sales manager sugges Horrible experience. I bought a truck with only 70,000 miles which from the first day came with the windshield broken and the sales manager suggested that I wait three days after the purchase and call my insurance to change it- that it would cost nothing if they changed it. The same day I reported that the brakes weren’t working well and the left side of the truck was lower than the right. With all these problems I suggested that it was better that they change it for another vehicle even if I needed to pay more money, but they promised me that they would fix the problems and it would be like new. Lies, only lies- I got the truck back with a check engine light, and had to repeat that it was still leaning and makes noise on the same side of the initial problem and the first thing they received me with is that I had to pay $ 140 USD for diagnosis. I begrudgingly agreed, they called me and said that solving the same initial problem would now cost me $2060 and the light $803 which was produced by a diesel filter that must be changed every 15000 miles. I’ve had the truck less than 2000. I asked for the vehicle quality report but there was no response, just go see the sales manager who was not interested in helping. Please don't make my mistake- these people who work here are scammers. More

The best thing about the dealer was the salesman Willy Lopez, he definitely went above and beyond trying to get me the right truck and answer many of the questions I had. Management itself sucks, they have advertisement for a bunch of things that no one seems to qualify for, they spend so much money lifting and putting tires on trucks and jeeps to look nice instead of worrying about the customer. The “complimentary lift” is bull crap as well as the “free with ANY purchase Yeti” Overall I recommend it for the salesman Willy Lopez and the blonde younger girl at the service department that I don’t remember her name. More
