Despite the 30 minute drive to the dealership, I always go to Otto's for service and for sales. The service department is outstanding. It is headed by Chris Clayton who is knowledgeable and customer focused. The repairs are always done according to BMW specifications. I always get a BMW loaner car during service. I never experienced an issue with service for during all my time as a customer. Frank Adinolfi is my service advisor. Bill Cosenza is my service advisor when Frank is out of the office. Great job done by both. The sales department is staffed with excellent sales personnel either for used or new cars. Over the years, have purchased special order new, european delivery at the factory in Germany, in stock new, and certified pre owned. Recently, I worked with Ian Martin and Wilmer Rodriguez for the purchase of a BMW X5. The entire experience was pleasant and my X5 delivery went without any issues. Ian and Wilmer are true sales professionals. You can tell that I am very loyal to Otto's BMW because they have earned my loyalty over the years. I recommend this dealership to anyone considering a purchase or needing expert service. You would be pleased with your experience and would not be disappointed. More

Very pleasant experience I walked into Otto’s not knowing much about BMW’S other then my wife wanted one. Elena was assigned to assist me. She was very knowledgeable and well I walked into Otto’s not knowing much about BMW’S other then my wife wanted one. Elena was assigned to assist me. She was very knowledgeable and well informed on all aspects of the product she was selling. I peppered her with questions and she answered every one to my satisfaction without ever having to confer with anyone else. I immediately felt comfortable knowing I was in good hands with an experienced salesperson. A couple of days later my wife an i visited together. Elena was again very helpful and my wife felt confident we were in good hands. We were able to put together a deal on a certified pre-owned BMW. The people at Otto’s were all very nice. They all treated us Ike we were buying a top of the line new car. I’d also like to mention that Wilmer was very helpful in making the process a smooth one. When my wife wanted to take a test ride it was a rainy day and the car was in the middle of the showroom. No problem ! Wilmer himself assisted in moving the cars around and off we went. J This was my first time buying a BMW, I went to many dealers within a 250 mile radius from where I live searching for the exact vehicle I wanted. Just so happens that Ottos BMW dealership had the car in stock that I was looking for and it was the closest dealership to where I live. Working with the staff and management at the dealership was a superb experience. They carry the most clean used inventory that I saw out of the four other dealerships that I visited. Cameron was an excellent sales person in working with me to where I needed to be for costs and answering any questions I had, it made it a great comfortable experience in buying my first new BMW, I cannot say enough about him & the dealership, I will be a lifetime customer !!! More
