Each time I’ve brought my car in for my prepaid maintenance and oil changes, within the next day or two there’s always a puddle of oil on the garage floor so I have to get it towed back to the deal maintenance and oil changes, within the next day or two there’s always a puddle of oil on the garage floor so I have to get it towed back to the dealership, get a crappy loaner (that drives) and finally I get to work HOURS later since I’m the only one in a hurry to get on with my day. I really dislike that they call my appointments “complimentary” or “free”, when they talked me into having them wrapped into my 72 month loan. These oil changes always come with a very long and very expensive list of estimates. A battery? Ok sure ..… A $600 battery? No. That will never happen! From now on I’ll take my business elsewhere due to all of the above as well as the terrible customer service and the condescending verbiage used by the manager! More

I always take my Mazda to the dealer for scheduled maintenance and service. The work performed is consistently high caliber. About the only gripe I have is that the most recent visit to the dealer for maintenance and service. The work performed is consistently high caliber. About the only gripe I have is that the most recent visit to the dealer for service work, when my Mazda was returned to me an aluminum tire pressure cap was missing but luckily when I showed the service advisor (Cassidy) she was able to find it in the shop with the help of the mechanic. The another somewhat disappointing experience that I showed Cassidy was that my driver's side door step and door handle was soiled with black grease stains. Cassidy offered to clean it but I told her I would use some diluted simple green in a spray bottle, which works great to remove these oil stains. More
