We recently purchased a Mercedes from this dealership and discovered same day that the front of the vehicle had been repaired using glue. We were simply told that we bought the vehicle "as is" and that a manager would call us back. It's now been four days, and no one has contacted us. We're extremely disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. We will be escalating this matter under the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and pursuing all available remedies. Buyers should thoroughly inspect any vehicle before More

I had an all-around, pleasant experience, from start to finish. Illeana, my sales person was great. She was not pushy and very helpful.
