I'm from New York but was visiting my part time condo in Fort Myers when I discovered small amounts of anti-freeze on the floor of my garage. I visited the local mazda dealership and they accomodated my service request quickly despite my not having an appointment. My service advisor, Winston Blunt, gave me the bad news that I needed a radiator replacement and would have to leave my car for several days due to a 3 day delay in receiving a replacement unit. I explained to Winston that I needed to travel to the East coast of Florida in 4 days to attend a funeral service for a lifi-long friend and would be uncomfortable if I needed to utilize the loaner car for the trip. Winston went the extra mile for me by getting the replacement done very expeditiously and I had my repaired vehicle in time to use it for my trip. I found the service department to be excellent and caring of my situation despite my not being a regular customer. Thanks, WINSTON! More
