I said what I said you should know who I am as I just recently purchased the vehicle. To top it off still waiting on second key to be given to me and replacement of head rest. Arron and Winston are there just to collect a check not to help customers. Really bad service this time around. To any new potential customers please make sure you check your future vehicle all around and even roof as they have hail damage. Like I said the Wagoneer I purchased was in the show room never thought about looking at the roof and once’s I sign I got screwed. Contract shows to be sold as new with no issues and now I’m the one stuck with it. Dealership said they would split the cost 50/50 which is xx. If you sold me the car new should be NEW not beat up. This dealership is horrible. There is a couple of good ppl there but managers useless. They can’t just accept they screwed up and do what’s right, it’s the dealerships money not yours just asking to be treated fair.
