I visited Steve Lander's CDJ along with many other dealerships in search of a new 2012 Ram during January 2013. Lander's did not have in stock the model and options I was looking for; however, they a dealerships in search of a new 2012 Ram during January 2013. I received a call the following day from Winston Marshall and Mike Nolan that they located a truck equipped similar to my description and made an offer to trade. While considering their offer I contacted other dealerships in Conway, North Little Rock, Benton, Springdale, Fayetteville, Heber Springs, and Memphis with none being able to meet Lander's deal. During this time Winston continued to stay in contact with me without attempts to sway me or push a product/options I didn't want. Their initial find did not materialize and Winston continued his search to find what he believed I was looking for instead of what he wanted to sell. He eventually located a truck that met my needs in another state and a tentative deal was made. They promised I would not be held to the deal if it didn't meet my expectations after seeing it in person. I have made previous purchases at Steve Lander's dealership and my service work is performed by them as well. It is my plan to have service work on my new Ram at this dealership because of my experience with their other dealership. As always, I am pleased with my purchase and with everyone I worked with from sales, management, finance, service, and detail. More

I was in the market for a new Jeep Unlimited and had been to a few dealerships with mixed feelings about the deals offered. I was not even aware that Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep existed, until I was d to a few dealerships with mixed feelings about the deals offered. I was not even aware that Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep existed, until I was driving by on University Avenue, and saw that there were several Jeep Unlimiteds on their lot, and in the color I wanted. I turned in and immediately met Winston Marshall, one of the salesmen. He introduced me to Mike Nolan (the sales manager) and Chris (one of the owners) All three guys, Winston, Mike, and Chris worked very hard to be as accommodating as possible. They were friendly and presented deals in a very professional and courteous way. I never felt pressured. We talked in a calm intelligent manner and when we reached a point where I could not accept Mike's offer, Chris Chase (an owner) raised the offer for my trade to, what I had determined through my prebuy research, was fare and I accepted the deal. I think that these guys were genuinely concerned about giving me the best deal they could possibly give. My experience with buying a Jeep from Steve Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep was easy, didn't take all day, and I would recommend them to my friends and family. More

Out of all the new cars that we have bought, we have NEVER experience anything like Steve landers. Fast, friendly service. Mr. Winston and Mr. Nolan are awesome. Was greeted promptly and the trade ins were appraised quickly. We first were interested in a good used truck,, but Mr. Nolan suggested that there were special buys on new trucks. We looked a two trucks and decided on a Red, crew cab, 4 X 4 with Hemi engine and running boards. Test drive beautifully. We purchased it and was processed as quickly as possible.
