I so appreciated the free pickup and delivery, and I felt everyone went “above and beyond” to guarantee that the work was done promptly and well. For the past 8 years I’ve taken 3 different cars in for scheduled maintenance or repairs with positive results each time. I have spoken with several employees also in the sales dept. Valerie, Jack, and Tony were all so friendly, courteous, and focused on helping me consider all my options should I decide to replace my current car without any pressure. I have felt that every person I have spoken to at Kelly Ford has been honestly working in my best interest. That’s why I give Kelly Ford 5 stars!
