Although it always seems that when I go in for an oil change and tire rotation I end up with much more. Between Ford reccomemded services the Kelly Service Advisor explains in layman terms the necessity change and tire rotation I end up with much more. Buying process is stress free and reasonable. Salesman and Sales Manager were very easy to work with and very customer focus.
