To be clear, I thought Wyatt was a very good sales person. Very knowledgeable about Toyota and competitors. He was helpful and friendly. We are usually offered these products during the buying peocess, but we always opt out. I feel it was presented to us AFTER we were already set on buying. Seemed to be a deceptive approach to snagging us in and then not mentioning it until the paperwork shows up. I don't blame Wyatt for it as much as the dealership practice. I won't have a problem recommending Zeigler, but would be sure to let them know about tge automatic add ons before going. We drove almost 2 hours because you had what we were looking for at a price I felt comfortable paying. Had they been upfront about the additional costs, we probably wouldn't have came there. More

We walked in to the dealership and Wyatt greeted us, we told him what we wanted to buy and we got test drive the car.
