Wyndall has been in the customer service business his entire professional career. After graduating from the University of Kentucky he started in the family independent grocery business and after several years he began a second career in the automotive business. He has worked in the automotive business for 14 years, and has managed and sold for 8 different franchises. Wyndall has been happily married for over 30 years and raised 3 children. He loves to spend time with his family, boating, golfing, and watching sporting events like UK and UL football and basketball.

Great even the 2nd time around Abel, Jeff and Wyndall went out of their way in all areas of our sale. We can't say enough about the professional treatment. Purchase of Mercedes E350 I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from Tafel Motor Company in 1998. Since then I have purchased 2 other cars from this dealership (the most recent be I purchased my first Mercedes Benz from Tafel Motor Company in 1998. Since then I have purchased 2 other cars from this dealership (the most recent being a purchase of an E350). I knew when I purchased the vehicle the quality German craftsmanship would be unbeatable. What I did not know when I purchased that my first Mercedes, was that Tafel's Sales and Service Departments would mirror the same qualities that Mercedes puts into their vehicles. I could buy a Mercedes from any one of several locations however, I doubt I could ever find a Sales or Service Department close to the staff Tafel Motor Company has assembled. Extremely uncomfortable. I'd spoken to the sales representative three days prior to my visit to explain to him EXACTLY what I was looking for and my price range. When I got t I'd spoken to the sales representative three days prior to my visit to explain to him EXACTLY what I was looking for and my price range. When I got there, I was met by the sales rep. who informed me that he had a car ready, the car was dirty, and also they couldn't tell me the price. They preceded to tell me that they would contact me the following day with a price, the following day came two days later. I'm not sure if the sales rep felt like I was wasting his time or what, but I will NEVER consider returning to Tafel motors again and I will share my experience with anyone whose willing to listen. Maybe the rep believed that because of the color of my skin that I wouldn't be able to afford a Mercedes, so he didn't take the extra effort to ensure a sale. Prior to my meeting with your sales rep, my heart was set on a Mercedes, and it still is, just not with your dealership. More
