Even so I would like to say that Wyndall Smith is not what one would normally expect but is exactly what one hopes to get in a car sales person. He makes every effort to learn and understand my needs & wants and does not push me to "hurry up and make a decision" as so many others in his position have done and do try to do. I sincerely WANT to make a purchase from this man because of how much I appreciate his help and patience and the respect that he has shown me through the car shopping experience. Even if I end up making this next car purchase elsewhere this time, I will absolutely be back to Tafel again in the future when I'm ready to make another purchase and I sincerely hope that Wyndall will still be there and able to help me at that time. More

An enjoyable time was had by all! Wyndall came outside to the pre-owned cars where we were looking. He listened to what we were looking for. When I asked something that he did not immediately know the answer to, he was quick to get the information I needed. We have made purchases of other luxury car brands in the past, but the people at Tafel are the best we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Jeff Jackson was very helpful in helping make decisions on some additional services/warranties on the day we picked up our new car. He was very professional, no "high pressure" to spend any additional money on these items. He explained what was available to us and the cost breakdown of each optional item. This is my second Mercedes Benz the first one was a S-class big car than my new one which is the C-class, I pick the C-class because it is smaller and comfortable and love driving it better but still learning new future.
