Very pleasant and professional staff. Extra warranties and protection packages were offered without any pressure, and we were treated with polite respect when we declined them. The only negative aspect was Toyota's inability to meet our strong preference for the factory spare tire option, but this in no way reflects poorly on the dealer experience.
