Jay helped me get the exact vehicle I wanted. It came earlier than expected and he got me in my new ride in no time. He even sent me pictures after it was delivered to the dealership! Pressured by salesman to submit loan paperwork with no communication on when the car was to arrive. Threaten to sell the car and lose my deposit if I didn't come in to finalize. Car was delivered on Marc communication on when the car was to arrive. Threaten to sell the car and lose my deposit if I didn't come in to finalize. Car was delivered on March 30th and was told to do loan that day. Communicated my progress to search for finance and interest rates but still was only given 1 week. Made complaint to manager. Experience not great and would not recommend anyone. More
