Pressured by salesman to submit loan paperwork with no communication on when the car was to arrive. Threaten to sell the car and lose my deposit if I didn't come in to finalize. Car was delivered on March 30th and was told to do loan that day. Communicated my progress to search for finance and interest rates but still was only given 1 week. Made complaint to manager. Experience not great and would not recommend anyone. More

Monday was a rough day after dropping off my fiancé at work my car started shaking really bad in the interstate I was worried I was going to get into an accident. After wasting 3 hours waiting for a diagnosis at a mechanic I ended up heading over to Ed Martin Toyota where I was assisted by Mohamed! Let me tell you he was patient, optimistic, and made me feel like I had options; more than spending a lot of money to only temporarily fix my car. I never thought I would be leaving the lot in a new car, but Mohamed made it easy! We went over all my options and not only did I drive off the lot in a new car but I was incredibly happy! It was a great experience and they made sure I was taken care of and left with an incredible protection plan! I love my new car, Ed Martin has Made a lifetime customer!
