Could not use my new van for five days because there was no follow-through with the service orders that were supposed to have been implemented while the car sat the dealership for seven days. Pre paid in full and beyond nothing in communication, crickets, on pickup day and prior. We had to call THEM. Service department said they had no record of our upgrade requests. Zero employees had the same understanding…each contradicting what we were told by the prior. Such a very miserable experience. More
