Fairly smooth process once the pandemic supply woes started to resolve in late 2022. Some significant delays up until that point on a Rav4 Prime and some communication issues, but an easy transition t started to resolve in late 2022. Was kept well informed even to the hour when the vehicle arrived still factory-wrapped, encouraged to come in while they made final on-site activation and inspection. More
