Bruce was easy to communicate with, he shared his knowledge with me, and even shared stories about his family with me. I felt like we were buddies out on a drive (relaxed). He never pressured me or asked a lot of uneasy questions. He made suggestions and I really, really appreciated it. I had to wait until the next day for the financing but he reassured me and called like he sad he would and that means a lot to me. He introduced me to Yuri who did my paperwork and he also was Awesome and explained everything in detail.
