We purchased our Corolla Cross Hybrid on 9/11. We were told by our original sales person there would be a 60 day wait. We agreed to wait. Our new sales rep bent backwards to find us not only the right color but an upgrade at no added cost to us. He was in constant contact with us until the car arrived and set up my cell phone connection and explained all of the safety features. In spite of a rocky start, Conicelli made certain we were happy with our purchase and has extended to us their availability if we had any problems or questions. This is our 2nd purchase from this dealership and know when the time comes we will come back to Conicelli . More
